SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ranchland Hippie. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time: 

​

All In stock orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (Unless otherwise specified in product listing). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Facebook Invoice Orders: 


If you’re a new customer to Ranchland Hippie, please make sure to reply to any email or email us directly at ranchlandhippie@gmail.com with a valid shipping address, regardless of your payment method. We cannot ship your order until we receive a correct shipping address. Please note that all Facebook orders are non-refundable, and delays caused by missing or incorrect shipping information will not be eligible for any exceptions.

Ranchland Hippie is NOT responsible for:

​

  • Delays with carrier shipping

  • Orders Delivered to the wrong address when incorrect shipping information is entered upon order completion.

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The Carrier Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Carrier Service. You will need to contact your local Carrier Office to obtain information regarding your package.

  • Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-4 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the appropriate carrier. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

​

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at ranchlandhippie@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If our shipping staff contacts you regarding an incorrect address and a reply is not received from the customer within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements:

​

 Please see below for exceptions & rules:

​

  • Please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery to start an (eligible) Return or Exchange.

  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

  • All discounted items ( % off or Buy X Get X)  are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s). 

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.

    • Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

    • Intimates (i.e. undergarments), Bodysuits, Socks, Face Masks, and Jewelry

  • Original Shipping Costs will not be refunded.

 

How To Make A Return:

​Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

  • Return For An Exchange:

    • Email RANCHLANDHIPPIE@GMAIL.COM with your order number, the purchased item you would like to exchange, and the new size in which you would like to exchange for. 

    • Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

  • Return For A Refund:

    • Email RANCHLANDHIPPIE@GMAIL.COM with your order number & item you would like to return.

    • Must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. 

  • Return For Store Credit:

    • Email RANCHLANDHIPPIE@GMAIL.COM with your order number & item you would like to return.

      Must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.
    • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • When Mailing A Return:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return.

  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a 30%  restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary  depending on original purchase price of the item or items).

  • If An Ineligible Item(S) Is Returned To Us:

    • Returns postmarked after 15 days from order date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 30% of the original purchase price.

    • Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 15 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

    • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 48 hours, we will process the return with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible) or donate the return to charity.

 Preorder Policy:

​

Preorder items are stocks which are not on hand and therefore have a wait time which is specified in each individual listing to receive the item. Before ordering, Please read the rules and regulations stated below.

  • 1. Preorders require payment to be made at time of order placement.

  • 2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we cannot accept cancellations after the pre-order closing date.

  • 3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available within the time frame listed in the description. We will keep you updated on any possible delays. If there will be a significant delay or change we will give you the option to cancel or keep your order. We will ship orders the day the items are received by us.

  • 4. The colors of products seen on Ranchland Hippie will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the color seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate color of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colors of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. 

  • 5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.

  • 6. All items in order will be held and shipped when your pre-order items are available. If you need your in stock items sooner, please make a separate purchase.

  • 7. Once you place an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms & Conditions

  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. We will do our very best, but once an order has been shipped it is too late.

  • We will only accept one coupon code per order.

  • There are no refunds for coupon codes not used at time of checkout.

  • All discounted items ( % off or Buy X Get X)  are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
